Service Operator | Frac Stack, Greasing, and Surface Pressure Control

About the role

The Service Operator position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate is commensurate with experience. The total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate frac valves, accumulators, greasing systems, torque units
• Monitor and adjust surface pressure control operations
• Optimize performance of equipment to ensure wellsite conditions are met
• Provide troubleshooting support to maintain equipment reliability
• Support pre-frac rig up and post-frac rig down activities

Requirements

• Relevant working background in well completions operations
• Experience operating pressure control manifolds
• High competency in active frac operations
• Ability to adjust to wellsite conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Skills

• Proficiency in using pressure control equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
