Service Operator | Frac Stack, Greasing, and Surface Pressure Control

About the role

The Service Operator position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience $25-$32/hr. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operating frac valves
• Operating accumulators
• Greasing systems
• Operating torque units
• Monitoring and optimizing surface pressure control operations
• Adjusting to wellsite conditions and troubleshooting equipment
• Pre-frac rig up and post-frac rig down operations
• Other well completions operations as needed

Requirements

Relevant working background and competency in active frac operations, pre-frac rig up, and post-frac rig down.

Additional experience operating pressure control manifolds and other well completions operations is valued.

Qualifications

Local candidates preferred (Permian). Out-of-area candidates will also be considered.
