Service Operations Security Technician

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products.
• Plays a lead role in provision of basic services, including: Cleaning, drilling and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under counter teller equipment.
• Maintains bolt work and time locks on safes, chests and vaults.
• Maintains ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks.
• Provides key duplication and lock core replacement.
• Maintains after-hour depositories, VAT units, drive-up windows, drawers and sliding windows.
• Handles customer calls, asking questions and actively listening to ensure understanding of reported issues / concerns.
• Schedules time on customer premises and may attend customer meetings and delivery training to ensure operational understanding and product optimization.
• Maintains proper inventory levels to reduce excess inventory and return visits due to missing / incorrect parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
