Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member service via in-person, phone, or electronic channels.
- Guide members to solutions that benefit both the member and the credit union.
- Interact with a broad range of financial situations and provide prompt problem resolution.
- Uncover opportunities to build and strengthen member relationships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Understanding of credit union policies and procedures.
- Ability to operate a PC using applications like Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience operating financial software (Symitar) to access member accounts.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Adaptable to working with a variety of online and software systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members.
- Proactive in educating and empowering members to utilize beneficial products and services.
- Expert level service to members after products or services have been added to accounts.
- Investigates and resolves a wide range of member issues and requests.
- Supports other departments in ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Works through complex debit and credit card issues to successful resolution.
- Assists members in accessing all digital services and asks probing questions to ensure they are utilizing the features that best meet their needs.
- Provides support to the frontline sales team and branches in handling complex issues.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of member data and financial information.
- Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Operates personal computer to accurately post transactions, access account information, balance transactions, and update member account transactions and information.
- Ensures accurate completion of required paperwork and documentation.
- Investigates and resolves balancing offages and discrepancies.
- Represents the credit union with a professional image.
- Ensures the office image is favorable, reflecting a sound and secure financial institution.
- Provides Notary services to members.
- Strong organizational, accuracy, and detail orientation skills.

Pay
Pay Range: USD $44,166.00 - USD $66,198.00 /Yr.
