Responsibilities

Requirements
Hands-on experience in California service of process and litigation support.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Familiarity with high-volume dispatch and fast-paced, detail-driven legal environments.
Experience with Legal CMS platforms, legal support vendors, and the process server ecosystem.
Ability to monitor SLAs, flag risks, and follow up effectively.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Proven ability to solve problems and prevent delays.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using industry-leading technology platforms.
Skills
