About the role

The Infosys SURE unit specializes in guiding businesses within the services, utilities, energy, and resources sectors through digital transformation. As an Infrastructure Consultant 2, you will be responsible for resolving complex incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and documenting findings with preventive recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations
  • Participate in evaluation of client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to document infrastructure maturity and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the design of scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and develop technical documentation for deployed systems
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration into existing systems and processes
  • Facilitate performance data analysis across systems, coordinate insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning to optimize performance
  • Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits, implement security measures, and coordinate continuity plans to maintain adherence to standards
  • Gather feedback to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing infrastructure processes, and propose enhancements for efficiency gains
  • Act as liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge, leveraging insights from other projects to drive efficiency and retain organizational expertise

Requirements

Experience with ServiceNow HR service Delivery (HRSD) application and ITSM. Knowledge of HR functions, Processes and best practices. Knowledge of case management, knowledge management best practices and design. Experience in designing and/or implementing an HR Shared Services Center. Working knowledge with integration like success factor. Hands on experience with PowerShell. Should be ServiceNow HRSD Implementation specialist with integration knowledge with external systems using REST and Web Services. Implement the Human resources application in order to setup HR data. Configure applications to work with organizations HR processes. Experience with HR service Management, Knowledge management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting , Integrations and HR Hub. Demonstrated competence in the various HR Functional areas, especially employee relations and change management. Experience on Human Resources Dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfactions. Design and develop new ServiceNow applications for HR modules, including case management, HR Administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
