Service Manager Trainee

About the Role

A Manager in Training is responsible for the effective overall operation of the store and service center through motivational leadership. This role ensures the store delivers expected sales and customer service while operating safely according to established policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations. The position provides technical, administrative, operational, and motivational direction to develop a dynamic, high-performance team.

Physical Demands

• Extensive standing, walking, pushing, and reaching

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in retail management, preferably automotive
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program (or equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results)
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
• Equipment safety certification

Pay

Pay range: $24.73 to $36.53 per hour based on experience.
