Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage a team of service managers
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement strategies
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
