About the role

The successful candidate will manage a team of service managers and assist in overseeing the operations of the region.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage a team of service managers
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
