About the role
Responsible for managing a team of 5 developers. Lead design and development projects from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Mentor junior developers and provide feedback on their work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development
- Experience leading software development projects
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
