About the role

The role of Commercial Service Manager at Terminix involves leading and motivating Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service to valued customers. This includes monitoring branch scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to customer concerns, inspecting technician performance, managing inventory, and facilitating team training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch schedules and ensure pest tech routes are completed successfully
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Respond to customer concerns, including handling cancellation requests
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products
• Facilitate continuous training of local sales and service teams

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and valid driver’s license
• One to two years of related experience (highly desirable)
• Willingness to relocate
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Good rapport-building skills
• Detailed orientation and understanding of safety
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math

Yearly: $62,700.00 - $92,000.00
