Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the location's fleet and service-related inventory. In this role, you will design and/or implement service processes and procedures while managing the service staff to ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, compliance, and control of service-related inventory
• Manage the vehicle fleet, including coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, scheduling, and licensing
• Design and ensure execution of service processes and procedures
• Coach, motivate, and energize the Service team by monitoring employee performance, implementing individual development plans, and coordinating training
• Ensure effective coordination with Customer Service, Distribution, and Sales functions

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related technical and/or management experience

Pay

$70,000 - $90,000 annually (dependent on experience)
