About the role

Skyworks LLC is a family-owned business specializing in rental, sales, and service of construction equipment. The Horseheads branch seeks a full-time Service Manager to oversee its equipment fleet.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling periodic and annual preventive maintenance for all fleet equipment
• Effectively managing the time of shop mechanics and road technicians
• Completing work orders in a timely manner
• Providing technical advice and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe shop

Requirements

The ideal Service Manager is motivated, professional, and detail-oriented. Prior experience managing a construction equipment or vehicle fleet is beneficial.
