- Effectively managing the time of shop mechanics and road technicians
- Completing work orders in a timely manner
- Providing technical advice and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and safe shop
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a construction equipment or vehicle fleet is beneficial
