Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of multiple individuals and ability to multitask.
  • Capable of resolving high-level reporting, accounting, customer relations, and inter-departmental conversations.
  • Promote a "white-glove" environment/experience to showcase the facility and company.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire talent to maintain high-quality service levels.
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate team members.
  • Specialize to help guests receive a personalized customer service experience.
  • Able to grow a high-producing store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma/equivalent, some post-secondary automotive training/education.
  • Minimum of five years of dealer-level or large facility management experience, certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or willing to obtain certification).
  • Strong technical and customer service performance record.
  • Unrestricted driver’s license, clean driving record.
