Responsibilities
- Oversight of multiple individuals and ability to multitask.
- Capable of resolving high-level reporting, accounting, customer relations, and inter-departmental conversations.
- Promote a "white-glove" environment/experience to showcase the facility and company.
- Recruit, interview, and hire talent to maintain high-quality service levels.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Specialize to help guests receive a personalized customer service experience.
- Able to grow a high-producing store.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma/equivalent, some post-secondary automotive training/education.
- Minimum of five years of dealer-level or large facility management experience, certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or willing to obtain certification).
- Strong technical and customer service performance record.
- Unrestricted driver’s license, clean driving record.
