Responsibilities

- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service status and repair estimates.
- Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of auto repair, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
