- Overseeing daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Implementing and managing logistics processes, coordinating with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of service center operations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with senior management to set operational goals and objectives, and developing strategies to achieve these.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service center environment, with a strong focus on operations management, team leadership, customer service, inventory management, and logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to accurately track and manage stock levels.
- Solid understanding of logistics management, with experience coordinating with suppliers and transport companies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory management and logistics software.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
