Inception Plumbing LLC is seeking a full-time Service Manager in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, technical excellence, and helping others succeed. Responsibilities

• Conduct ride-alongs and coach technicians in the field
• Solve technical challenges and assist with customer concerns
• Support Service Field Supervisors and Dispatchers
• Recruit and develop future team members
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Help technicians navigate difficult service calls
• Review department performance and improve operational processes
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company systems

Pay

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000-$130,000+ annually.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
