Service Manager

Frankies 457 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Manager to join our team. This role will collaborate with the restaurants General Manager and leadership team to oversee all aspects of day to day restaurant operations. Individuals should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, a passion to create impactful guest experiences, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people. Drive standards of service and provide continuous support to all service staff, actively participating in service as neededAdhere to NYC DOH sanitation standards, and communicate facility needs as Properly open and close physical operation, including all financial reporting necessaryAssist with any menu updates across the operation as needed, including printed, online, delivery and POS menusRun all technology needed to execute daily operations, including POS, delivery, and scheduling/time & attendance platformsAssist with monthly inventory of all small wares, beverages, ordering as necessary, and ensure all items are stored and maintained properlyWork with the leadership team to engage, and educate all staff on steps of service, upselling You Should Have:Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position at a restaurantExpert food and beverage knowledge ( Wine Cert a plus!) Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and be a quick thinker in the momentOutstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google DocsFlexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysNY Food Handler’s Certificate a plusEnglish Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plusThe ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.Who We Are:A New York City classic, Frankies 457 Spuntino has served impossibly delicious, effortlessly elegant takes on Italian-American cuisine for nearly two decades.
