About the role

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. In our Mobile, AL location, we are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Service Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems
• Cook up service schedules and ensure that all work orders are completed on time
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Maintain and report on the performance of the service team and implement any necessary improvements

Requirements

• A strong technical background in fire alarm systems
• A proven track record of leadership
