Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations
- Act as the key liaison between technicians, service advisors, and guests to maintain clear communication and a seamless service experience
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
- Drive a culture of excellence with a passion for achieving and maintaining high standards
- Forecast departmental budgets, establish performance goals, and monitor progress to drive success
- Maintain strong departmental profitability and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance while meeting both internal and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
