Service Manager

About the role

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to guests. Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests at all times, in conjunction with all management.
• Provide or direct all Front of House training.
• Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs, enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assist with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of Front of House employees.
• Direct work for employees, including setting hours, creating weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant.
• Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals, implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives.
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.
