Responsibilities

• Ensure all project equipment needs are identified, sourced, and available to support operations.
• Maintain adequate rental inventory levels to meet daily business and project demands.
• Oversee service and repair activities for serialized and non-serialized company assets, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of motorized equipment as needed.
• Coordinate daily service activities with Operations, Construction, and Sales teams.
• Attend project coordination meetings to support equipment and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily safety talks and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture through adherence to the company's Safety-First initiatives.
• Occasionally operate company vehicles as business needs require.
• Assist with workforce coordination and operational problem-solving to ensure project success.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and project operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment repair experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 75 pounds or more.
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, industrial services, or a related field preferred.
• Position requires on-site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.
