Responsibilities
- Ensure all project equipment needs are identified, sourced, and available to support operations.
- Maintain adequate rental inventory levels to meet daily business and project demands.
- Oversee service and repair activities for serialized and non-serialized company assets, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of motorized equipment as needed.
- Coordinate daily service activities with Operations, Construction, and Sales teams.
- Attend project coordination meetings to support equipment and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound materials and equipment.
- Conduct daily safety talks and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Promote and support a strong safety culture through adherence to the company's Safety-First initiatives.
- Occasionally operate company vehicles as business needs require.
- Assist with workforce coordination and operational problem-solving to ensure project success.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and project operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment repair experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 75 pounds or more.
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, industrial services, or a related field preferred.
- Position requires on-site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.
