About the Role
At Aspen Creek Grill, our Service Manager needs to know EVERYTHING about the front of house operations. Specifically, they need to be knowledgeable about all operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift.
Responsibilities
- Knows everything related to front of house operations
- Manages staff effectively
- Ensures high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Works closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manages inventory and food preparation
- Handles cash transactions and ensures accuracy
- Advises and trains new employees
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment experience, a plus
- Hands-on experience in front of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Flexible availability to work open, mid, close shifts
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual a plus
