Responsibilities

• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
• Be a critical first responder for emergency service calls, demonstrating your expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and maintaining real-time communication to ensure swift and effective problem resolution.
• Proactively guide customers through best practices in preventive maintenance and safety compliance, serving as a trusted advisor both in-person and over the phone.

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM - 300PM. This position may offer or require overtime, weekend, night or holiday work.
