Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical or operational issues.
- Conduct water quality testing and recommend appropriate treatment solutions when needed.
- Educate customers on the operation, maintenance, and benefits of their water treatment systems.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company systems.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude during every service call.
- Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and fellow team members.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, construction, maintenance, or a related mechanical field is preferred but not required.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.

Pay & Schedule
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, between $19.00 - $21.00 with overtime opportunities.
Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
