Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical or operational issues.
  • Conduct water quality testing and recommend appropriate treatment solutions when needed.
  • Educate customers on the operation, maintenance, and benefits of their water treatment systems.
  • Complete service documentation accurately using company systems.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude during every service call.
  • Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and fellow team members.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, construction, maintenance, or a related mechanical field is preferred but not required.
  • We provide training for the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.

Pay & Schedule

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, between $19.00 - $21.00 with overtime opportunities.

Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
