Service Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Service Inside Sales Representative to develop new business, convert existing warranty business, retain current contract customers, and sell new services. The position is located in Indianapolis, IN and is an on‑site role. Responsibilities

• Full‑service sales responsibility for a defined agreement base.
• Drive improvement in contract renewal, service warranty, and unit‑add business, including timely development of new business, warranty conversion, contract renewal, and selling new services.
• Develop key metrics to demonstrate quantifiable results, such as funnel management, forecasting, and planning.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience with sales forecasting, account mapping, and planning.
