Service Hub Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors while providing a professional and welcoming front desk experience
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member and notify employees when guests arrive
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual or department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Sign for, log, and notify recipients of incoming packages
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling carrier pickups
- Order, monitor, and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces by ensuring seating, materials, technology, and room readiness
- Restock kitchen and common area supplies, including snacks and beverages
- Monitor shared office spaces throughout the day and address supply or organization needs
- Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, office supplies, and front desk activities
- Complete administrative tasks and office support projects as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, office coordinator, administrative support, or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar office productivity applications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Reliable with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Ability to lift and carry packages and office supplies up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the office to prepare meeting spaces and support daily office operations
