About the role

Operators are losing revenue due to missed calls, CRM chaos, and administrative tasks. This role aims to address these issues by ensuring seamless customer communication and freeing up managers to focus on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound and outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat
  • Manage appointments end-to-end including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and light service recovery
  • Keep CRM/help desk notes, tags, statuses, and follow-up tasks clean and current
  • Handle routine franchise administration to keep managers focused on operations
  • Handle escalations such as billing, complaints, and franchisee issues following a clear standard operating procedure (SOP)

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
  • Handled 60+ customer interactions/day for 6+ consecutive months
  • 2+ years on Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs
  • Willing to undergo necessary training assessment as part of the recruitment process
  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet

Pay

$1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days, $1,500 USD/month thereafter

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST)
