Service Handyman

What You’ll Do

• Perform general handyman services including drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, and minor repairs
• Handle basic plumbing repairs such as fixture replacements
• Install shelves, hardware, doors, trim, and other household components
• Diagnose and complete repairs on damaged or deteriorating areas throughout homes and properties
• Complete punch-out work and final detail items to ensure high-quality finished projects
• Follow all safety standards and ensure a clean, organized job site
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes
• Communicate clearly with customers on-site and represent the company professionally
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or home services work
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general home systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work

Pay & Growth Structure

• $25-$40/hour based on experience or earning up to $120,000 annually with bonus potential
