Service Greeter - Park Place Lexus Grapevine

About the Role

As a Service Greeter at Park Place Lexus Grapevine, you will be the initial contact for arriving service customers, ensuring they feel welcome and assisting them within the service department. This role is part of Asbury Automotive Group, a Fortune 500 company committed to redefining the automotive retail experience through innovation and a guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
• Communicate with dealership staff about customer arrivals and needs.
• Work closely with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track.
• Move vehicles through the service lane to the shop and bring them back for customers when work is completed.

Requirements

• Must have a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Must enjoy interacting with customers.
• Must be able to follow manufacturer-recommended procedures.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or military equivalent experience.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screen (background and drug test).
