About the role

Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester is looking for an energetic and welcoming Greeter to be the face of the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all who visit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and gather essential information during their visit
• Be the go-to person for answering questions and providing initial assistance
• Coordinate front-desk operations, distribute loaner cars, and provide shuttles as needed
• Be the first and last impression of the dealership

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented
• Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
• Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Qualifications

• A positive, customer-focused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle emergencies smoothly
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and Saturdays
• Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours
• Bilingual is a plus
