Responsibilities
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Aid the Service Advisors and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Liaison between the service, sales and parts department.
- Manage all required paperwork and records and prepare documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
- Continuously learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to guarantee satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that align with the dealership’s standards of productivity and devise strategies to meet those goals.
- Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary.
- Service or hospitality industry experience a PLUS!
- Automotive experience a PLUS!
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Engaging, inquisitive, curious with an over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude.
- Drive, passion, and confidence to be successful.
- A desire and ability to work in a performance and process-driven environment.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
- Bilingual a PLUS!
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Great attitude with high-energy.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Valid California driver's license with a good driving record.
