Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude
- Direct guests to the appropriate service advisor or department
- Assist with check-in and appointment verification
- Answer basic customer questions and provide dealership information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area
- Support the service team in creating an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
- Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
