About the role
The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. Safety is prioritized and integrated into all discussions, meetings, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Administer and enforce Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
- Conduct daily onsite safety brief with all onsite project personnel.
- Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools, and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
- Complete Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to supervisors.
- Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
- Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure tools and materials are available for safe and efficient project completion.
- Complete project according to scope, work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents.
- Monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps to resolve employee and work-related issues.
- Maintain highest quality on-site customer relations and project a positive image.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees.
- Train employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage.
- Coordinate and monitor performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in a similar role, including leading teams and technical solutions, training, and troubleshooting.
- Thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction and repair techniques using Tremco CPG Materials.
- 10-hour OSHA Card (30-hour OSHA Card not required but will be provided once hired).
- Equipment Operator Certifications (Lifts, Swing Stages, Scaffolding, etc.)

Pay
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $85,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
