Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician-Lowell, MA-Sign-on Bonus$$

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems across your assigned region
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance (filters, coils, belts, inspections)
• Conduct commissioning checks and ensure optimal system performance
• Identify risks before they become major issues
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Complete warranty work and system repairs efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records in our work order system
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and support

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC/R service experience
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractors License is a plus; EPA Certification also required.
• (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Experience with HVAC controls (Lennox Core & Carrier SystemVu a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A technician who wants to grow beyond basic maintenance work
• Team-oriented with a strong customer and safety focus
• Able to travel locally within Lowell and surrounding areas
• Flexibility for occasional weekends

Pay

$45 – $60 per hour (USD) based on experience, certifications, and skillset.
Sign-On Bonus Available for Eligible New Hires.
