Service Engineer - Power Division

About the role

The Service Engineer - Power Division is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for power burners within the Burner Division.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to power burners.
• Maintain and repair power burners according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Document service procedures and troubleshoot solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal burner performance and efficiency.
• Train new employees on service procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power burner maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The Service Engineer works full-time on-site at our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility.
