Service Electrician Eastern Iowa

This Role

This is not a repetitive new construction role. Every day is different.

What You Will Do

• Run residential service calls within your territory
• Handle everything from simple fixes to full home rewires and service upgrades
• Diagnose issues, present solutions, and close the job on site
• Perform the work and collect payment in a single visit
• Work primarily in residential homes with occasional light commercial

Pay Structure

• Straight hourly
• 100 percent piece rate
• Most popular: Base pay plus commission

Base Plus Commission Details

• Base: $28 to $35 per hour
• Commission: 5 percent of monthly gross sales
• Typical monthly commission: $1,250 to $6,500+
• Top performers earn significantly more

• Licensed electrician
