Service Electrician

Piper Electric, a Crete United Company, is seeking experienced Service Electricians for a dynamic career with one of Colorado's most respected electrical contractors. Since 1983, Piper has provided steady year-round work across commercial and industrial service environments, offering a wide variety of projects and exposure to diverse settings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance independently
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Install, modify, and repair conduit, wiring, panels, devices, fixtures, and related systems in compliance with NEC standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts, and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Respond to changing job site needs and support multiple service locations throughout the Denver Metro and Colorado markets
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Piper quality standards
• Lead by example and promote company safety culture at all times

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License required
• Strong troubleshooting and service background preferred
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical service work
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced field environments
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• NEC knowledge and code compliance
