Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in hospitality, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial services, or insurance are highly encouraged to apply.
• Successful applicants will present a professional appearance and bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in automotive sales, service, or customer relations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and present effective solutions
• Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems or dealership software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet and engage customers in the service drive to build rapport and trust
• Educate customers on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition opportunities

Acquisition & Trade-In Opportunities

• Identify customers with high-value trade-ins or expiring warranties
• Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions
• Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process

Service Department Collaboration

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities
• Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience

Process & Reporting

• Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes
• Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards
