Job Title
Service Dispatcher - This is an on-site position. Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Cook up with Dispatch team, Service Administration Manager and Service Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of HVAC Technicians
- Aid in running reports and keeping various information up to date
- Responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and coordination of startup work and service calls
- Ensure all dispatch processes and workflows are up to date and compliant with company standards
- Answer phone line and set up call requests
- Regularly review dispatch processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with Service Administration Manager to enhance efficiency and effectiveness regarding startup dispatch processes and workflows
- Participate in department meetings as requested
- Perform additional assignments as requested and maintain a teamwork attitude
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in HVAC or service-oriented industry
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills and abilities
- Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
