Service Director, Foundation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture within the organization
• Deliver financial performance targets and contribute to strategic planning
• Lead and develop Service Leads and oversee workforce planning
• Drive revenue growth initiatives and support account strategy
• Ensure technical excellence in project delivery and adherence to standards
• Conduct project performance reviews and lifecycle controls
• Align operational practices with business objectives through functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Geotechnical Engineering with a P.Eng. designation
• 15 years of progressively responsible geotechnical engineering experience
• Expertise in shallow and deep foundation design and assessment
• Extensive experience with geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing
• Strong technical knowledge in soil and rock mechanics and finite element modeling
• Prominent project management and business development skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Pay

• $160,000 – $210,000 annually
