Responsibilities
- Manage the service department day to day
- Create one of the best service departments for customers and employees alike
- Mentor and train others
- Write op codes, electronic multi-point utilization, and deliver CSI ahead of OEM benchmarks
- Understand and manage OEM warranty claim requirements and manufacturer KPIs
- Understand and manage dispatch processes, electronic MPI tools, declined services, and DMS reporting
- Have fluency in CDK and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic
- Have knowledge of X-Time
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive dealership operations experience, preferably working as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director
- Fluency in CDK, ability to write op codes, electronic multi-point utilization, and a proven track record of delivering CSI ahead of OEM benchmarks
- Understanding of dispatch processes, electronic MPI tools, declined services and DMS reporting
- Understanding of OEM warranty claim requirements and manufacturer KPIs
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills when working with customers, team members, and automotive colleagues
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude with eagerness to improve
- Proficient computer skills such as CDK, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Knowledge of X-Time

Schedule
Monday-Friday with weekends as needed.
