What it's like to be a Service Development Representative at Minden Medical Center
You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic business and marketing plans within your assigned territory.
- Collect valuable information from referring professionals and facilities
- Engage directly with potential patients through pre-admission screenings
- Facilitate the flow of information between patients and the hospital's intake department to assess admission eligibility
- Afford patients and families with consultative and educational resources
- Promote mental health prevention awareness
- Build strong relationships with community resources and networks

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing preferred, or Business Development Experience with a focus on healthcare
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales or Development in healthcare and/or medical industry
- Proven experience in marketing/sales/customer service and/or a clinical educator
- Acquainted with mobile tools and applications
- Accustomed to observing goals as minimum standards and striving to exceed them
- Proficient in using tablets and smartphones
