Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with assigned software application problems.
- Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Respond to users requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically.
- Aid in installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving Windows servers and other computer-related equipment problems to ensure functional operation.
- Receive and process workload assignments only from the technical support division team leaders and/or supervisor through contractor lead.
- Inform and meet with the technical support team daily or as required in order to discuss new workload assignments, project milestones, unanticipated delays, development/production environment issues, security changes, and system changes prior to implementation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a Service Desk environment
- CompTIA Security +
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.

Pay
The salary range for this position is USD $50,000.00/Yr. - USD $70,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
