• Create a knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation to solve customer challenges

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and collectively with multiple work centers
• Education: High School Diploma Required
• Experience: 3+ years
• Certification: 8570 compliant (Security+) Required
• Technical Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills, Knowledge of deploying software, Hardware configuration, Experience imaging Desktop and Dell Wyse thin clients, Tier I Network troubleshooting, Experience in Active Directory, Experience in VMware Horizon, Experience in KVM Configuration, Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Preferred
• Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system, VDIMicrosoft Azure

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
