Service Desk Representative

Dow Credit Union is looking for a full-time Service Desk Representative to deliver excellent customer service to employees, members, and visitors, ensuring a positive, friendly, and prompt experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment by assisting those entering the branch, including helping with basic questions and providing directions.
• Maintain member interaction logs and alert departments of requests or inquiries.
• Review requests to ensure members are cared for in a timely manner.
• Communicate with members to establish their needs and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and assist members with general questions and inquiries, such as ATM assistance, coin machine, bill pay, web banking, and shred bin usage.
• Direct and assist in emergency situations, completing necessary paperwork during and after an emergency.
• Aid those seeking information for the Retirement and Investment Center and Liberty Mutual, including working the suite as an alternate representative.
• Maintain visitor badges/logs, door count, and AED machine log.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Up to six months of experience in customer service required.

Pay

$15.50 per hour (starting pay).
