Service Desk Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead installation monitoring and troubleshooting of workstations and communication devices
  • Manage IT assets and ensure secure network access and data backup
  • Maintain and update IT processes, policies, and knowledgebase articles
  • Review service desk metrics to optimize performance
  • Support tactical technology planning aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 3 years of experience in IT roles with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in network systems and data center operations
  • Familiarity with security access systems and mobile management
  • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally/internationally

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows 10 to 11, Cisco Networking, Active Directory, Office365, SharePoint, Infor ERP, ServiceNow, and ISO 27001 certification

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
