About the role
The Service Desk Coordinator at Paul Mitchell The School St. George is responsible for creating an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. They act as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals and follow all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an exceptional guest service experience
- Mentor Future Professionals in guest service skills
- Follow service desk systems to ensure smooth guest service flow
- Set, meet, and exceed goals while inspiring and inspecting
- Communicate effectively and resolve customer service issues
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Manage inventory and handle cash transactions
- Handle phone systems
Requirements
- Successful previous sales experience
- Experience with guest service
- Self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Teamwork and beauty product sales experience
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Solid work history with verifiable references
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills, as well as experience in supervision, documentation, and return on investment. They should also have solid work history and relevant experience in cash management, inventory control, and product management.
