- Provide first-line support to C5 clients
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
- Offer a point of contact to log and manage reported issues
- Include both reactive support and proactive problem management and trending to identify common issues for root cause resolution
- Report and audit calls logged within the Service Desk system to guarantee clarity, timely updates, and quality
