Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to guests and answering phones
• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Works cooperatively with Service Advisors
• Updates records
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
• Processing customer payments via cash, check, or credit card
• Affords to schedule and confirm appointments
• Participates in customer satisfaction and customer retention efforts
• Performing other duties assigned by the Service Manager

Qualifications

• Previous business development center experience, preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to professionally assist customers in a variety of situations while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility - ability to daytime and evening hours plus Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
• Able to clear a pre-employment background check
• Maintains a professional appearance
